Kaden Logistic Park

Located in the strategic Sahel neighborhood of Jeddah, this project is set to become a premier logistics hub covering a massive 300,000 m² site. The development features 150,000 m² of built-up area, primarily dedicated to high-tech warehouses ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 m². To support the daily operations of the facility, the site also includes an administration building, maintenance center, retail spaces, and a mosque, creating a fully self-sufficient industrial community.

The main challenge was to design a high-level safety system for a massive storage area while strictly following the client’s budget and efficiency goals. With 150,000 m² of warehousing, the fire load is very high, but the design had to remain cost-effective to build and easy to maintain.

Red Helmet Engineering focused on a practical, cost-efficient design that prioritized “ease of construction.” We selected the most effective fire protection systems to lower both initial construction costs and long-term maintenance expenses. By optimizing the sprinkler and alarm designs for the large open warehouse spaces, we ensured the facility meets all Civil Defense requirements while staying within budget. The result is a safe, high-performance logistics hub that is built to last.
