B05 Farm
Project Overview
This project involves a comprehensive safety audit for a large development consisting of 12 separate buildings. The facility is divided into guest zones (Front of House) and operational areas (Back of House), including villas, main hubs, and service centers. The client required a field inspection to verify that fire doors across the site were functioning correctly and met the strict safety standards.
The Challenge
The main challenge was the sheer variety of the buildings. With 12 different structures ranging from luxury guest areas to heavy-duty utility zones, each building had different risks and different safety requirements. Red Helmet Engineering needed to identify where the existing systems failed to meet current Local and International codes without disrupting the operation of the facility. The goal was to find every “compliance gap”—areas where the installed system did not satisfy the Civil Defense authorities.
Our Solution
Red Helmet Engineering deployed a specialized team to conduct a building-by-building field inspection. We physically checked and evaluated the all fire and non fire rated doors in both the Front of House and Back of House areas. Instead of just listing problems, we provided the client with a clear “Roadmap to Compliance.” This detailed report highlighted exactly what needed to be fixed to satisfy Civil Defense requirements, ensuring the client could upgrade their facilities efficiently and gain final approval.
