Terms and Conditions

• Location: Conducted entirely online, allowing you to participate from your home, office, or anywhere you have a stable internet connection.
• What to Expect: Our live online sessions are highly interactive, mirroring the classroom experience. You will engage with the instructor and other participants through live video, polling, and screen-sharing for hands-on demonstrations. All you need is a computer or tablet, a microphone, and a webcam.
• Registration and Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your seat.
• Cancellations by Participant: If you cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing.

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the course start date will receive a full refund (minus any transaction fees).
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person or a future course date (a transfer fee may apply).

• Changes by Red Helmet Engineering: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In this event, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future date.
• Attendance: No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, or failure to attend the course.

• Technical Requirements: It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they have the necessary hardware (computer, mic, webcam) and a reliable internet connection for the duration of the course. No refunds will be issued due to participant-side technical issues.
• Access: Access details (meeting links, passwords) are sent via email before the course start date.
• Recording: Unauthorized recording, sharing, or distribution of the course materials or live sessions is strictly prohibited.
